- WHAT DATA DO WE COLLECT?
We process your data for the following purposes:
– Taking, at your request, all actions necessary to enter into a contract and to perform the contract: This includes identification data such as first name, last name, residential address, e-mail address, telephone number, as well as any additional information necessary to conclude and perform the contract.
– Marketing and promotion of products offered by Startwin Sp. z o.o.: For this purpose, we process contact data in order to send marketing and promotional information, if you have given your consent.
– Fulfilling any legal obligations incumbent on us: We process data in accordance with legal requirements, such as retaining accounting documents and tax data for a specified period.
– Archival purposes to secure information in case facts need to be demonstrated: Data is stored to secure information in the event of potential legal disputes.
– Possible establishment, assertion, or defense of claims: Data is processed to document and protect legal interests against potential claims.
– For a specific purpose based on your consent to the processing of your personal data: Where processing requires consent, we use the data in accordance with the consent granted.

To enter into a contract, we require that you provide the data indicated in the contract/order form: The required data is specified in the contract or order form.

– Entities processing personal data on behalf of Startwin Sp. z o.o.: We cooperate with entities that process personal data on our behalf, based on data processing agreements that have been concluded.

- FINAL PROVISIONS
The controller applies technical and organizational measures ensuring the protection of processed personal data appropriate to the threats and the categories of data protected, and in particular secures the data against disclosure to unauthorized persons, being taken by an unauthorized person, processing in breach of applicable regulations, and alteration, loss, damage, or destruction. The controller provides appropriate technical measures preventing unauthorized persons from obtaining and modifying personal data transmitted electronically. In matters not regulated by this Privacy Policy, the provisions of the GDPR and other relevant provisions of Polish law shall apply accordingly.
- CHANGES TO THE PRIVACY POLICY
The Policy is reviewed on an ongoing basis and updated if necessary. The current version of the Policy was adopted and has been effective as of 1 May 2024.
